Return cost is $10.00 via a prepaid Fedex shipping label, and the charge will be deducted from your return refund.

- Items must be unwashed and unworn, with all labels and tags still intact – unfortunately, we can’t accept them in any other condition.
- We do not accept liability for items that get lost or damaged in transit back to Ted Baker.
- Hygiene strips must be attached to swimwear.
- All items purchased from third party retailers or concessions must be returned to their original place of purchase.
- Ted Baker cannot accept items/returns/exchanges purchased from any other retailers, boutiques or concessions.
- Items purchased on tedbaker.com cannot be returned to any stand-alone stores or concessions. They must be returned online using the returns methods specified on our website. Please follow the online returns process outlined on tedbaker.com to ensure your return is processed correctly.
Exclusions
Due to hygiene reasons, certain goods are non-refundable. These are:
- Underwear
- Earrings
- Personal grooming products
- *Please note anything tailored or personalized to you cannot be returned.
Refunds will be made onto your original payment method (within 14 days of us receiving the return). Please note-some payment providers may take up to 30 days to process the credit to your account.
